主要研究方向：抗动脉粥样硬化药物研发及机制研究。

专业研究领域：1) 针对关键靶点的抗动脉粥样硬化新药发现及药理机制研究；2) 脂蛋白对其受体调控机制相关基础研究；3) 以微小RNA (miRNA) 为靶点的新型调脂药物发现及作用机制研究；4) 肠道微生物介导的抗动脉粥样硬化机制研究。
