Research Field：

Prospecting of pharmaceutical actinobacteria from extreme environments and discovery of novel antibiotics

Research Interests：

1. Isolation and structural identification of new antibiotics by modern chromatography and spectroscopy;

2. Discovery and identification of new species of pharmaceutical actinobacteria by polyphasic taxonomy from special environments such as Mangrove, Desert, Soda lakes, Karst Cave, etc;

3. Directly bioprospecting new antibiotic producing strains and highly efficiently discovery of new antibiotics by modern analytic methods such as GNPS etc.
