XIE Yunying’s group focused on: 1) the discovery of microbial drugs, especially those against infection, tumor and hyperlipemia, 2) establishment of a more efficient platform for the discovery of new leading compounds by the combination of new technologies such as genome sequencing, bioinformatics, synthetic biology and metabolomics.

Members in XIE Yunying’s Laboratory:

CHANG Shanshan, assistant researcher, mainly focuses on the discovery of microbial drugs.

HE Ning, technician, is responsible for the fermentation of microbes and bioassay tests.
