教育背景及工作经历:1999年毕业于烟台大学化学生物理工学院生物化学专业,获理学学士学位;2005年和2010年先后取得北京协和医学院理学硕士和博士学位;2005年至2010年就职于北京市药品检验所;2010年调入中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所工作至今。

主要研究方向:药物发现与开发、药物分析与质量研究

专业研究领域:基于FBDD进行药物发现、药物检测技术和检测方法的开发以及质量评价和药品标准提升工作,参与了多项药物开发项目,具有药物质量研究的理念和药物开发的实践经验。重点开展生物药检测技术和检测方法的开发以及质量评价和标准的提升工作,具体研究领域涉及结构确证、杂质谱研究、蛋白质组学、代谢组学、核酸适配体、药物发现以及仿制药开发关键技术。
